We always go here when we go to church up there (and we do this every trip) so it's worth a look.

They used to do a Sunday and Holy Day service at the Contemporary. I have no idea if it still happens. I remember you had to really dig for the exact location and time.

This is correct as of several years ago now.
Your best option for attending Mass is the Mary Queen of the Universe shrine. If their Mass times don't match up for you, there's a Catholic church in Celebration, I believe it's Corpus Christie. It's tucked waaaaay back into Celebration, too, so plan a decent amount for travel time.
