Arriving in 12 days - will they be open?

Our favorite place to eat in the Magic Kingdom is the El Pirata Y el Perico. Does anyone know if they will be open? I also saw on another webstite that the Yorkshire County Fish Shop was getting some refurbishment. This is our favorite place at Epcot. Any info on it? And if any has the concent schedule for the British Invasion, I would appreciate that also.

In one thread someone reported El Pirata was scheduled to close August 12, but we ate there on Aug. 18 and the MK times guides listed it as being open through the following week (12-3 only). I don't know about this week. It had been closed on our three previous visits to WDW, so I was glad to find it open.

We enjoy the tacos and taco salad as a change from hamburgers, etc. but generally in September it is closed. I am hoping due to the overbooking on the free dining it will be open this year.
