As far as first impressions, Ursula wins it for me. I agree something's "off" about Ariel...and I'm not talking paint. She feels a touch too juvenile.

I can't wait for the strobe lights so the riders can see the simulation of movement. Yay.

i love her tail too, its really pretty, and i love how her flippers move.
i really cant wait for this, i've been waiting for my whole life for a little mermaid ride!

EDIT: the one with her hair up,..... i'm hoping they put fish circling around it or something, making it less visible.

Well clearly you're misguided then because you don't understand that ticket rating was based on ride capacity. Not level of complexity.
