Are the tables at Ohana communal?

We were thinking of going to Ohana (3 or 4 of us); are the tables individual or communal? Thanks, again!

no they are smaller tables meant to seat only your party together. Absolutely wonderful place for dinner!!! You will enjoy this one!!! Belle

The tables are individual, but the food is communial. They put a huge tray in the middle of the table and everyone takes what they want from it. We loved it! Have fun!

How do they handle just two people? It would seem that a lot of food could go to waste.

When I ate at Ohana, it was just my boyfriend and I. I think that the tray they put in the center of the table with the rice, salad, etc. is smaller portions than at the tables with larger parties. Either that, or it's the same portion size and the bigger parties have theirs refilled more often. I don't think I've ever eaten as much food as I had that night. So delicious! :slurp:
