Aquarium Restaurant Coming to PI?

Read this on ScreamScape today:

"Remember that rumor about an Aquarium Restaurant coming to Downtown Disney that was eyeballing the old Virgin Megastore? The latest update to the rumor claims that they are actually more interested in building a new structure in the old Pleasure Island area that would involve the demolition of one of the old nightclub buildings. It seems they may be looking at a couple of possible locations however, though the Mannequins site is said to be one of them."

I've read elsewhere that the Mannequins building cannot be torn down because the power grid for the entire island is housed in the rear of the building. It would have to be renovated.

yeah the whole grid. They would have to cut power to the island for 2 weeks to redo it. That's what I've heard anyway..
