I don't think Spaceship Earth was ever addicted to any substances, so I believe the term is "Referb".
and in English, I believe the term is "refurb," as in "refurbishment." I have heard many a time that a ride is closed for "rehab" though. If Britney Spears can close for rehab, so can the Haunted Mansion. I don't discriminate.

Touché ! I knew as soon as I posted that as a joke, someone would outsmart me...

I never said I was good at spelling! I meant "Refurb" as in refurbishment.

OK - you left yourself open for that one though and I couldn't resist!

You'll have plenty of chances to get back at me though - I am a horrible speller especially when typing.

This refurbishment is going to be great. Unlike the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, which should have been successful and wasn't, Disney and Siemens are (almost) sparing no expense to make sure that this attraction is phenomenal.

Expect SSE to be Epcot's signature attraction again, with or without the wand. :p

Well I can't tell until I've ridden it, but I'm staying optimistic. It's really just nice to see an old timer get some well deserved attention.

The changes set to be made to Spaceship Earth are not only long overdue, but fully funded, allowing for a fully project that won't have a half-baked feel. Siemens has been surveying the attraction for near of 7 months, seeing what they could change and fix. They have done their homework and the grade (at least from what I have been shown so far) will come out to be pretty high.
