Hi everyone! So, I'll be getting married in a courthouse near to Anaheim on Friday, and we'll be heading to Disneyland to spend the day with family, ending in dinner at Blue Bayou with the Fantasmic package. So excited!

My question is..... can I wear my dress into the parks? The dress below is the exact dress I'll be wearing, along with some sparkly sneakers. Is this allowed? I don't think it looks like a costume. If someone thinks it'll be kinda dicey, any ideas on how to dress it down? I thought of throwing a tank top over it. All ideas and opinions appreciated!

I like it, and you'll be fine. I'm curious though, what shoes will you be wearing?

There have been cases of Disney denying entrance to people dressed in fancy dresses because they might be confused for being a princess character.

I wouldn't be shocked if they denied entry to someone in a wedding dress either. They don't want people doing wedding photo shoots or even holding a stealth wedding ceremony, as this is something they specifically charge a fee for.

The dress in question here looks fairly simple, a basic white dress as opposed to an obvious wedding gown.

If you want to be safe, the best thing to do is ask Disney directly. Another option is to bring a back-up outfit with you.

Good point! I do plan to pack a backup outfit just in case.

There should be no problem, just last november I saw girls at Disney WOrld in the parks in full ball gown prom dresses. Congratulations! Please post some pictures on your big day!
