My WiFi is pretty decent, but I'm getting a little impatient and this is about 2x faster.That's probably best if your wifi is a bit spotty. At least you get a solid connection through Ethernet.
It does take a while to process the installation though. More waiting

It has the Notification features I like in iOS 8. The new aesthetic is not as consistent as in iOS 7 and 8.

I have my Touch up and running on 8...It's little slower than my 5c, but not too bad. Gonna give it a day or two since it has a lot of stuff on it compared to my phone.

That's definitely odd. I was able to do an iPad 2 and iPhone 5 over-the-air hours ago.

My mom's still waiting on her iPad 3, but I'm a bit concerned because I'm trying to do it via iTunes and it's not working. She's using her iPad, but later when she goes to bed, I might try backing up her iPad to make sure it's not my device. I really didn't want to have to take a trip to the Apple store this weekend...

No, I still don't have it. Tried downloading it directly to my iPod overnight and it didn't download. My mom got it but I still don't have it. I'm going to try a different computer to back it up this evening and a different WiFi network (school WiFi) to download the update, but if that doesn't work, I'll contact Apple this evening. Thank goodness this thing is still under warrenty.
