Does anyone know when Universal will publish Annual Pass Holder rates for 2012?

If they increase, they'll do right before Christmas (or they have the past few years) during this time. Remember, you can buy now, and the pass doesn't start until you use it!

Those are usually available almost year round minus spring break and Christmas - New Years. The amount of the discount just depends on the season. You can call the hotel and ask for the passholder rate and they'll tell you what it is, even if you don't have a pass. They will check for a pass when you check in, or at least they have when I have booked with that rate.
