AP renewal question

Just renewed Annual Passes for DW and I. Going to WDW again in two weeks!!

I've been told that my existing AP's will continue to work, but do I need to go to Guest Services to get new ones as the ones I have have an expiration date written on the back?

The front of the card says 2013-2014 but the back has our names and an expiration date. For discounts and parking I'm assuming I just need to swap out the cards

We were told our APs (2013-2014 RFID ) would not work and we would need to exchange them for new ones when we return next month.

Great, I spoke with a CM who told me mine would work. Guess I have to call again.

We had to get new APs last trip if we wanted to use the new entrance things-it's escaping me what to call them. But they are green in the front with a character on them that they let you pick.
