Is there a discount for renewal of florida resident annual passes??? I have heard two answers. Thought this would be a good place to ask.

The price for a renewal Florida Resident 4 Park Annual Pass:
Age 10 + with tax: $298.20
Age 3-9 with tax: $253.47
The price for a new Florida Resident 4 Park Annual Pass:
Age 10 + with tax: $335.48
Age 3-9 with tax: $298.20
Note, the renewal certificate must be purchased within 30 days (before or after) the expiration date of your current pass. Your new expiration date will be exactly 1 year after your current expiration date regardless of when the new pass is activated.

We just renewed our seasonal passes during Thanksgiving weekend 
and saved I think around $50 or so...could be wrong though. And the beauty of it is we don't have to renew right on the expiration date . Yeah it still expires on the same day, but no big deal.
