AP Refund

I bought an AP for our trip in July. I figured one AP would be good to get discounts. I struggled through the french site and purchased one. Once I got the ticket I found out that I had to book a day in the next 60 days. Then I couldn't book more than one day. That obviously won't work for me. I tried to call DPL today but after 4+hrs on hold the call dropped. Does anybody know what my options are? Is there an email I can send to get a refund or use the credit from this for a 3 day ticket? I assume it won't be a total loss of $400. Thanks!
