Hehe, it's not stupid at all. In time you will learn all our acronyms, and you'll start seeing things like MNSSHP and know what they mean. (MNSSHP=Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party).

In this case, CRO is Central Reservations Office.

I think the rates are pretty high-especially for Values & Moderates....I'm notsomuch going to let that stop me from going though! :lol:

The discounts were enough...but yeah, 69 values/99 mod would have been even nicer.

Let's just hope that the $49 rates come back this fall! I'm planning a big trip in October with family, and that would rock.

Yep! I am slowly catching on! (MNSSHP and MVMCP were definitely one of the harder ones to figure out for me!!! )

I was on the phone for 25 minutes on hold and accidentally disconnected myself. I wanted to cry! It's probably a good thing 'cause had I gotten through I probably would have booked a reservation. I'm still debating whether to go back in the summer as our last 3 summer trips have been hot & crowded & only made us thankful we are going back in the fall. Not sure what to do though, as the place is calling me!!!

OK, here is something that you should know. CRO was having big problems booking 3 nights at the AP rate. If you have been trying to get three nights and it won't go through, book it for more nights and then drop off the extra ones. I had to do this for a client yesterday.

I was on hold for 50 minutes. I got the Polynesian Garden View Concierge for $355 per room instead of $455 per room for May. 67 Days!!! :sohappy:
