No you don't get the AP discount if you mobile order.

Crazy smart on Disney's end.
If you want to mobile order bad enough they are making more money.
If you want the discount bad enough its relieving some of the stress on the app so it works faster for those that do mobile order.

Exactly, I’m not aware of any quick service that offer the AP discount at all, I believe it only applies to table service restaurants. For example, you can get a discount at Be Our Guest at dinner, but you can’t get one at breakfast or lunch (when it operates as quick service) no matter how you order.
