I'd say you should be able to buy them at the hotel Concierge.
This is what i thought I read somewhere and was trying to confirm. Looks like we will head to Mk to get them before entering the park. I will double check with the hotel before arrival as well.FYI, I've heard reports that since the resorts started switching over to the RFID room keys, the lobby concierge can no longer issue Annual Passes. I can't confirm from first-hand experience but it's something to bear in mind. No harm asking in the lobby but they may not be able to help.
If you buy at a resort concierge, they're plastic. Elsewhere, you'll get Mylar. "Durability" is in the eye of the beholder, I've never had to replace a Mylar ticket except when it got soaked. Plastic cards de-magnetize very easily and have to be replaced much more frequently in my experience. How durable are the cards? are they like a Keys to the Kingdom card? or paper? just wonderin'
There are no ticket booths at the MK entrance, but if you got there without a ticket, I'm fairly sure Guest Relations sells tickets. Can you buy tickets at the MK entrance or do you have to go to TTC? I have always thought all MK tickets sales were at the TTC, and wondered how many times a family gets all the way to the entrance and has to go back to TTC. I know that if you do have a ticket and want to upgrade or change it City Hall can assist. As long as your current ticket allows entrance into MK.
