There was for Illuminations in EPCOT. It was on the little Island thing in Italy. Nice spot actually for viewing this. Id definitely check with Guest Relations for info on the MK and EPCOT areas though. They have taken out quite a few things for us, so I Am not 100% sure. Also you can check on the www.wdwig.com site. Deb is usually pretty good about keeping up on stuff like that. Good luck. Belle

There are no longer any AP VIP areas for any evening show. Belle is correct though, and the best areas to view Illuminations is next to the Italian Island. We prefer the west side of the island, facing the American Gardens Theater.
Spectromagic can be best viewed in Frontierland across from Splash Mountain. See the late show if they offer one and you are almost guaranteed to get front frow seats by arriving only 30 minutes early.
