AP blackout dates for summer

I might be wrong but last year towards the end of the summer I remember hearing that they had adjusted the black out dates and made it where you could use your Seasonal Pass starting again around the end of July. Does anyone know if they might do that again this year? I'm starting to get Disney withdrawl, cold sweats, the shakes.

I hope not or I might have to go... the whole point of the Seasonal Pass for me was to not go when its horribly hot outside and extremely crowded. :lol:

They might roll them back again this year, it just depends on the crowds.

They normally tend to open the blackout dates a little early. Last year, I recall it was quite a substantial bit early. I too am waiting to see if they'll open it up because even though I normally wouldn't go in the summer anyway, I'm dying to see the newly renovated PotC!

Not that I'm aware of. I believe it goes Seasonal pass with blackouts, Annual with no blackouts and Premium to include water parks. We usually get seasonal and have only had Premium once $$$$.

No blackouts. Only the special FL resident passes have blackouts.

Keep in mind everyone that last year's rollback of dates was not common and definately not guarenteed. I'm not saying it won't happen, just I wouldn't plan around it. It'll be posted on the forums.

In addition to seeing a post on the boards. Seasonal Passholders are usually notified by mail.

It has happened the last 2 years in a row. Alhough besides those 2 years I never had seen it happen, or at least not been notified from the company I could return early. Anybody in the loop notice if crowds are substantially larger than last year?

Well, tomorrow is the 15th and according to my pass, the blockout dates are June 10th - August 17th... does anybody have any idea if it'll work when I get there?

Unfortunately, your pass will not work until Friday Morning. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
