AP activation

My family and I will be using AP for the first time this year we purchased the passes and they have to be activated or set at the gates of any park. We are staying in the BWV and I was wondering if the passes could be activated at the gate fro the epcot hotels there by france or do we need ot take a bus to another park.

Guests may exchange Annual/Premium/Seasonal Pass vouchers at any Theme Park Vacation Planner location or Guest Relations Window:

Magic Kingdom Main Entrance (Located to the right of Main Entrance)
Epcot Main Entrance (Located to the right of Gift Stop)
Epcot International Gateway (Booth before turnstiles)
Disney-MGM Studios Main Entrance (Located to the left of turnstiles and Movieland Memorabilia)
Disney's Animal Kingdom Main Entrance (Located to the left of Main Entrance turnstiles)

Downtown Disney
International Information Center (Downtown Disney West Side)
Adjacent to Team Mickey Athletic Club (Downtown Disney Marketplace)
