Thank you! If we do decide to bus it, what time should we be at the stop?

Go out any time after 6 am - and check the electronic bus schedule posted by the bus stop - you'll see arrival times for the busses. Though that early, sometimes they don't post them. They just show up! That's been my experience, anyhow .

Last time we were at AoA we had an early ADR for CM and when I asked about transportation was told their busses only run 1hr before park opening. I told the CM that wouldn't work and he handed me info for Mears. I don't recall the exact price but I can tell you we opted not to go that route because it was pricey. So, I would not count on the Disney van but still ask. I find you can get different answers depending on the CM you ask. I would say uber is probably your best bet though.
