I assume our kids will go to oceaneers some but we are not sure how much. my wife has a spa treatment I think? but not sure. I think I am going to find some Navigators and look and see what is offered to do. having gone to WDW so much not sure how to relax in a Disney atmosphere

Don't worry! They make it easy for you to relax. I find most relaxing those small moments in between activities. Like when everyone is dressed and ready for dinner, but it's not time to go to the dining room yet. Go to the Promendade Louge and relax with a drink and some nachos while the kids take over the dance floor. Or between lunch and a movie, take a few minutes to sit in a lounge chair on Deck 4 and chill out. It doesn't have to be a full scheduled hour to get some relaxation in! If you find meals relaxing, (which they totally are on the ship), make sure you enjoy full service lunch in the dining room one day instead of the buffet. It's a nice experience that not everyone takes advantage of.

Go ahead and register the kids online for the clubs. Just have to pick up the band when you get there that way.

Book yourself solid, every minute of the days on board. Wake up early. Stay up late. Don't miss anything. And Then go to rehab once you get back.

You can always relax at the parks when you get back. The cruise is all about playing as much Bingo as possible. Seriously, B11 you've died and gone to heaven.
