I haven't been to Disney since 2009, which was the same year Princess and the Frog came out. I was wondering if there was any character meet-and-greets at any of the parks or anything related?

I went to DLP around Halloween last year and he was a big part of the castle show, it was pretty cool. He is a great villain.

Facilier was out last year for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party after the Villains Mix & Mingle.

Yes! But if I'm going to pull for any recent movie to be turned into a ride, I'd vote for Tron coaster ANY day of the week. I think that one is more likely than a PATF ride, anyway.
