Anyone participate in the Exotic Driving experience?

Well...when I first heard that this was coming to the Disney speedway I was very excited. It just so happens that driving a Ferrari is on my bucket list, so why not do it at the greatest place on earth?

I'm not quite sure what I'm looking forward to more..driving the 458 Italia or being at Hollywood Studios for a SW weekend. Ah..who am I kidding, driving a Ferrari is more exciting.:D but just being at the world is a thrill all in itself.

So I was just seeing if anyone else has signed up or already participated in this.

If so, how was it and was it worth it?
Is this a closed event or can anyone just show up and watch? I'm guessing family members can come along and take pics etc.

Those already signed up: what car did you pick and why?

I had the opportunity to do the ride-along in January as part of our Agent Education Program with Kingdom Konsultant Travel!

Now, let me start off by saying there are other KK'ers who might be better suited to tell you about this, simply because I'm just not a "car girl". That said, for someone who isn't a car person, I can tell you that it was a very valuable experience! There was a viewing area outside in which we all watched each other from; you won't be able to see the entire track from there but you will see a good part.

I chose the Audi R8. Again, not a car girl, and the Audi was what I could relate to the most out of all the options. As a team, we tested out most all the exotics - and everyone loved their choices! For not being into cars, that Audi was one sweet ride. My husband was VERY jealous!

This is a truly unique experience that will be well worth the cost! You'll never forget how it feels out on that track!

I did the ride along during our agent training and the experience was a blast. I picked the Porsche 997s primarily by default. Everyone else was flocking to the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, the Ferrari 458 Italia was not being used and we were under a major time crunch so I took the hit for the team. I would love to do it again where I actually get to drive although I am fairly confident that the pro driver gave me more of a thrill as he could push the car much closer to the razors edge than I could.
