Anyone know the situation about this?

I hope to God that didn't happen but in the cast member's defense: if he was going to do something so gross would he really do it where there were cameras and where other people could see? I feel gross even attempting to play devil's advocate here but I know a lot of people take advantage of Disney and sue over the dumbest stuff.
Actually this did happen. Kinda hard to apply logic to a mind capable of doing such to a child in the first place. Ya know? If you read the article, the grandmother actually pulled back and decided not to further cooperate in an investigation because she didn't want to keep pulling her grandchild thru the stress. Unfortunate in a way but I can understand, too. Because the grandmother didn't further pursue it, this doesn't at all sound like the type that want to "cash in" because its Disney. Also, there is video footage. I've seen what's been released which doesn't show the actual contact but it shows something that appears very amiss and you see the guy move his hands to the child and bend down just out of frame. I cannot think of any way to justify or explain what is in the video. He made contact with the little girl and the motions, where he moved, etc. reflect exactly what has been reported.
