We are paid in full for our cruise. They are now offering discount for the time we are going! Can I modify my reservarion??

If there are cabins avaiable for that discount I don't see why not!

Florida resident. We spoke to them yesterday and we could get it but would have to move us and we dont want to do that.

You can modify to a Florida resident rate anytime as you found out.
