Anyone know anything bout a new park

Tokyo Disney Sea, from what I understand is only PARTIALLY owned or NOT AT ALL owned, but just licensed from Disney.

Can anyone confirm this?

This is the case with Tokyo Disney Land as well is it not? Private non-Disney investors licensing the Disney name and theming...
Right?

This could also be why Disney Sea is the way it is, they don't have the new Disney money people saying "No".

While I am mentioning Japan, I am still INCREDIBLY surprised there is no "Nintendo World". It seems a no brainer to me.

The Oriental Land Company was set up in the early 80's when Disney was really hurting. Michael Eisner has said that licensing the Disney brand was the worst mistake the company had made, but if he had been CEO at the time, he would have made the same choice.

The Disney Sea project was initiated and financed by OLC. The Japanese market was ready for a new park and TDL needed to compete against Universal Osaka (which is just a copy of the other starter parks.) I would highly recomend coming to Japan to experience TDS. With only one imported attraction (Indiana Jones), the rides are all new experiences. There is no 200 million dollar, Tower of Terror type of attraction yet, but the rides and attractions are a solid start, and Stormrider in particular should embarrass George Lucus and Star Tours. There is also room for future attractions - OLC has a good track record on this point, unlike the foot dragging that has made the right side of EPCOT feel like a museum. Also the money spent to make the park look great from the begining was a hefty sum, but well spent. Ariel's area at night is covered in fiberoptics and is so fun. The Adventures of Sinbad is the type of attraction that Disney should be doing at all of the parks - it updates the Small World type of boat ride with great animatronics and set pieces and still keeps the magic. The dead spots of the park are few and you do not leave feeling like you have seen half of a park.

Disney Dudette, avatar grammar

Just to let you know, details.. not detals. And "rest" is singular... therefore, the rest IS details.
