BOMA breakfast...Chidan

We had great service from him twice in a row, and have asked to be seated in his section every visit since. :)

We love seeing a lot of the same CMs year after year. It makes WDW feel even more like our second home.

We are French/American and we eat at Les Chefs De France twice per trip and we go every few months to WDW. Many of the best waiters work only the night time shift. You can tell who are special "head/lead" waiters because their ties are a different color. For lunch, I would recommend Bryce as he is both French and American, he spent his teenage yrs here so he can recommend items from an American as well as French perspective. His French and English are flawless and he is really wonderful as a waiter (we have had parties of 10 complete with children and he never flinches).

Claire at Prime Time. She was the best and really interacted with us. She had us laughing the whole time. Even had the newly weds saying their Auntie Claire vows and brought out a cupcake for them to feed each other. She was working the last seating at Prime Time when we went.

You're not going there.... but Gionvanni at Sanaa

He was absolutely amazing with us both times we had him. He knows the menu inside an out, offered wonderful suggestions, and brought us little extras both times without asking. I need to remember to write to AKL about him.

We also would request Chidan. Unfortunately he is no longer at Boma, But you can find him at O'hana for breakfast:sohappy:

Thanks for the update. We've only ever done breakfast at Kona Cafe at the Poly, but always considered O'hana. Now we have another reason to book there...he's awesome! :)

...and she is WONDERFUL. Been there forever, and our first choice if Hickory happens to be off that day, or shift. Two trips ago.... we were arriving at WL. MT happened to be comming in for her shift.... Sandy & I spent a good three minutes in a group hug :). I LOVE doing just a bit more than being a "customer" :).

I seriously want to be you guys when I grow up. I always think of you when people ask me (insert sarcastic voice), "do you seriously think you will want to vacation there after your kids are grown?" Yes, yes I do.

I have been the recipient of many of her rib cage crushing hugs. She is the #1 reason we go to WCC so often. I can get the food they have pretty much anywhere on property but MT is one of a kind. As far as I am concerned she is family.

Which one is MT? The last time I was there (for lunch on the Backstage Magic tour) we had a very funny waitress. Kind of heavy-set, very bawdy. I wonder if that was MT.

I wouldn't call her heavy set. She is about 5'-7", straight black shoulder length hair and fairly tan.
