At 36 second dispatches it would be 2000/hour. At 30 it’s 2400. Any faster than that and they would have issues with braking zones in the case of E-stops.

Interesting. Does that take into account time to load the train safely? I would think that would take at least a couple of minutes.

I'd say to not worry so much about "capacity" but be more concerned with actual observed throughput. Disney and Universal tend to be better about approaching their capacity, but a lot of the B&Ms and coaster designers may boast of an "1800 GP per hour capacity" but really get more 600 or so. The GP aren't machines, and they don't always listen. The best way of actually seeing what the throughput is would be to actually observe it or look at real data.
