It started tonight (I went myself with my family.) Took lots of photos. (too tired to post right now.)

Was a lot of fun.

Similar to the halloween party. Great fireworks and parade, same rides open as the halloween party, snow on mainstreet, 2 great stage shows, characters doing meet & greets, family photo included, and hot chocolate and cookies included. :)

Each year, except for last year, in addition to the photo, cookies and hot chocolate, each guest received a pin button designed to commemorate MCMCP. Last year, Disney "went on the cheap" and eliminated the button - replacing it with a postcard. A lot of people (myself included) went to City Hall to complain. My question: did they bring back the buttons this year or not?

The rides were all walk-ons, but the shows and parades, etc. were very crowded (thats what everyone is there for though!)

I diddn't get anything, I saw 4 or 5 people with buttons though. Maybe from this year, or they just wern't readily handing them out? That would have been nice...

My parents went last night with some family friends from out of town. My Dad loved Parade and the Fireworks, he said it was a great time :)

Patiently waiting here for some posts about the first x-mas party. Just wondering what time they let you in and what land they put you in before the actual start of the party. Also wondering what attractions were closed, Jungle Cruise was closed last year, would like to know if it is going to be open this year.

Thanks to anyone that could enlighten me.

One week and counting

You can get in a 4pm. Last year they put us in Tomorrowland. (We took the opprotunity to ride CoP during that time because it was closed once the party started.) This year for MNSSHP they herded us into Liberty Square/Frontierland instead. I don't know if that was because they set things up differently for the different parties or what.

You can always buy the night's pin for each night of the party. Not free, but still a nice keepsake. The free photo is a nice keepsake though and the cookies are SUPER yummy.

I really, really really want to go again this year but I don't think it's in my budget sadly.

Our family went Sunday the 27th. It was really a great night. The biggest hit for us was the "Fantasyland Holiday Hop!" Everyone seemed to just love the music and the Characters dancing with them. The crowd was managable and every attraction was a walk on.

Holdiay Wishes!!!!! was absolutely Fantastic!!!!!

Will be posting a link with the photos when we get home.

Happy Holidays!

I went on 11/27. Its very, very good.

Two parades, 8:15 & 10:45. Holiday Wishes at 9:15.

Celebrate the season has 3 shows, 7, 10 & 11:30 on the castle forewcourt stage.

Mickey's twas the night plays from 6:45 onwards in the galaxy palace theater.

Mickey & Minnie are in Toontown in Holiday Garb. Cindy & Charming are in the princess room. Donald is out selling trees.

Only rides open in adventureland are Aladain and POTC - no jungle.
