If anyones ever been on restricted rehire status can you tell me what it took to get re-hired? I just applied with Disney to have my restricted rehire status lifted, I did an interview, provided a letter showing that I've had six months of steady employment, and filled out a form with a paragraph stating why I think I should be re-hired. I'm pretty sure the reason I'm on restricted rehire is because I had a less than perfect record card on my CP, although I was never terminated. Casting said I'd hear back from them in 1-3 weeks and I'm just so nervous! They couldn't give me any definite answer on my chances, they kept saying things like "every situation is different" and "it's a case by case basis". Any experiances with restricted rehire status? I have the number for my casting recruiter so I plan to call in a few days just to check in and see how the process is going.

I know what you are going through, I am in the same boat. I applied for entetainment/ stage tech. I had one interview already but since I am on restricted rehire, I had to do the same thing you are doing. I reapplied for CP a couple of years ago, and it still wasn't lifted. So if you find out that it hasn't been lifted, be very professional and they will put that on your sheet. Then next time you reapply, you have a better chance. I hope I get mine lifted as well. The rep told me it was easily overturnable, since I just had attendance repirmands. Good luck and keep us informed.
I hope that's the case because mine is due to attendence as well. I think it would be awfully silly for them not to hire me based on one attendence reprimand as a CP but you never know with Disney.
