Anyone else traveling today?

Have an evening flight from Philadelphia today. With the major winter storm at the front door, Im just wondering if anyone else is heading to WDW today from the northeast.

Friends of ours are in Boston and were suppose to leave tonight but that Airport is closing this afternoon and they were not able to get a flight out, so they are renting a car and driving down.

Wow. What a change of plans. wonder if its possible to drive to maybe Philly, Baltimore, or DC to get a flight out. That might be better then driving all the way to Fl. Good luck and I give them my best

I live near West Palm Beach and most of the flights up north are already canceled. It looks like southern NJ is only going to get rain.So maybe Phil will too, or not be too bad. Hope it doesn't change. Have a safe trip! Enjoy Disney!!

Just checked Phila weather rain all day changing to snow after 9pm tonight!

Any flights out of NE US today are going to get canceled the later they are. Down here in Raleigh, they are offering $0 flight changes on all carriers to leave to the NE earlier. Some early morning flights to Boston, Philly, and NY have been canceled.

Good luck all. This is going to be a pain for you. Some reports are 40" of snow.

So they're driving into the storm?

They actually got ahead of it and left late last night,since they were told last night about the airport closing early. I probably should of mentioned that. Right now they are in South of the Border.

Fingers crossed here!! Flight still on time. been snowing here since 8 30 am with NOTHING on the ground. not even on the grass. i hope thats a good sign!!

I was going to fly out of JFK after work to go to LAX to spend 5 days at Disneyland...my flight was cancelled and the earliest I can get there is Sunday afternoon. I'm still going, but now will only be there for 2 full open-close days, a half day, and a mostly full day (8 hours). Personally, I think they should have had a wait-and-see approach before cancelling so many flights in New York.

I hear you. Calling for 10-18 here and we have zero accumulation at 1 pm!! I know they said tonight into tomorrow but I don't thing we will see those totals here in eastern PA

At the airport. Very easy drive. Flight still on time and scheduled to arrive 20 minutes early!! Hope others are fortunate too
