Anyone else having an issue this morning?

Been on the reservation site since 6am and keep getting the "cannot search for reservations at this time" error message. I'm ticked too, since for a brief shining moment the system was working and I scored an 8pm BOG ressie, only to have the system crash again when I went through all the steps and clicked "confirm".

Yup having a royal pain doing anything on the website. The app is working but barely more so.

Hopefully it's widespread enough that openings are unaffected. And here I was thinking I'd be back asleep by now countdown to the phone lines opening up begin!

I've got a two hour train commute in the morning to my office, so I've been sitting here on the train constantly refreshing after the first half hour at home yielded nothing. Finally snagged BOG, pre-park opening Crystal Palace breakfast, and Garden Grill. I'll keep trying for the rest but at least I have those locked in.

So frustrating that their site still has these issues. Truly ridiculous for an organization as large as theirs to have such an inferior website.

The amount of time the Dining Reservations booking site has gone done in the last 3 or 4 months is enough for somebody to have their employment contract looking at

Still having issues, was able to book most via telephone but apparently Mama Melrose has morphed into Be our Guest as there is not a single table available at any time from 13-19 December

Have managed to make all my reservations online but it's taken these last three hours to do so - the site is up and down sporadically. Literally just keep refreshing and biding my time.

And naturally because of the freezing a couple of my reservations wound up being wonky - one was actually set for today instead of December (yea, not hopping a flight down from Boston to eat today, lol). When I called them to cancel that one, I had to wait a bit because apparently their computers are freezing as well. So it seems like there's frustration on both sides.

ADR Fastpass + are so important now its nerve racking when the system is glitchy . I hope the Disney pixies are working overtime to improve the experience for their guests . Its not pleasant to start your countdown with worries about missing bookings . We should be excited about the visit and not anxious about a glitchy web site .

That's just crazy (their unavailability, not your party size, lol ). Hopefully something will open up at least one of those days. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Disney is looking into it, lol they tried to tell me they may be holding the reservations for special events like Epcot Does for the Food and Wine or Candlelight Processional..ROFL I told him thats nice but no such event takes place at Hollywood Studios in December...aside from Fantasmic Dinner Packages which is what Im after...but the non-availability covers the entire day everyday Fantasmic or not

Osborne lights are very popular and Mama's is a fave restaurant as well so those going to see the lights bring more influx of people especially in mid December. We have gone at that time many times and it can be hard to get Mama's etc but just keep trying and you will probably get something eventually.

Disney found out the answer, reservations for Mama Melrose had not been released for that week but will in the coming days, my comment to the very polite supervisor was that if you advertise you can make dining reservations 180 days out then that should be the standard....according to him, some restaurants can withhold some, or all their reservations to a point. I have a good idea at what time they are releasing those ressies and hopefully will get the Fanstasmic package, but it wont detract from the trip one way or the other.
