Anyone else ever have this problem?

My bodyclock has not adapted to the end of Daylight Savings Time and I am getting up way earlier timewise, than I need to.

I get about 5 hours of sleep some nights, but need at least 7 to feel rested.

I usually have trouble falling to sleep when I allow myself to dwell on something that happened, etc., and am not able to relax enough to drift off to sleep.

Uggg, I hate when that happens. Such a waste of good sleeping time, you know.

When I can't sleep because I am worried about or dwelling on something, I write it down.

The process of getting those feelings down on paper helps to sort them out and makes them "real" rather than just a vague emotion.

Once that anxiety is out of my head (and onto the paper) I usually drift right off.

Oh--it's not important that you resolve the problem--just write it down.

I'm sooooooo bored. Trying to go to sleep...isn't working. Thankfully, I get to go into work a little later tomorrow, so that is good. I took a nap when I got home today, so now I'm energized. I was supposed to go out & now I wish I had done that instead.

Bored, bored, bored.

Tomorrow, I'm taking pics at work. Should be interesting. My trainer is the coolest person in Fantasyland & he's taking some time tomorrow to help me get some killer pics. Will be sharing them all when i get home. Yay! I wouldn't like the job nearly as much if it weren't for having such a great person training me. I still hate that evil Carrousel though.

I now have 2 movies on my "to see" list...The Ring & 8 Mile. Going to knock one of those out this weekend, for sure. Super Soap Weekend is this weekend as well. I work early Saturday, so I should be able to catch some of it then & then more on Sunday. Brrr...it's chilly here...58 degrees at the present. LOVE IT!

OK...my rambling is done. Wrapping up a chat session & then trying to sleep...again. :hammer:

It is not "klutz-proof". Try getting off that thing while it's in motion! LMAO Getting on...no problem. Getting off...well, thank God we were practicing this maneuver before the park was opened to guests.

Wow! I haven't been on that ride since I was about three inches high. I didn't realize it was that hazardous!

Maybe it's giving you nightmares? ;)

Most definitely!! LOL I do like it, I just hate the jumping on & off part. I don't see why we have to ride the stupid thing with the guests. So yeah, if you ever see a CM flying head first off the Carrousel, that's me.

Oh I didn't tell you that story.. LOL it's the reason I will NEVER work QSF again... lol. I was on the opening staf of the Refreshment Port in Epcot cause Canada didn't have enough extra cast members. So I had to learn how to make fries/nuggets/etc. Well.. I'm already afraid of hot oil... cause I just am. And those vats are HUGE ... and the floors were slippery.. and the whole working experience left much to be desired. Besides complaints about no hours, etc. I also came home everyday REAKING of oil. It was NOT fun. Anyway I started having nightmares about falling into the darn friers... sometimes I still have them... *hides behind you*
