My son found a tour that we can take in the MK that is a scavenger hunt where you look for clues around the park. (I'm sorry but I forgot the name of it) Has anyone ever done it and is it worth the $108.00 for a family of four? Thanks!

The writers of Passporter also have a scavenger hunt book. I bought it, never did it though. It is pretty cool. Has each of the resorts and parks. So if you wanted to make your own you could. I have started to, helps pass the time between 180 until your trip but never quite finish it. Being such a psycho planner like me, my ADR is the last step in my vacation planning then what do I do for 6 months??

Hi...not sure if I can post this here but I just started a website that I am trying to get going....it is disneyscavengerhunts.com. I have made up some hunts and they are only $25 per park. I hope I don't get in trouble for posting this here, if I am not supposed to, I am sorry but I saw that you were interested in doing a hunt so I hope you and whoever else wants to, checks out my site. It is in no way affiliated with the Disney Co. By the way, I have not done the one at the MK but I know someone who did and they told me it was definitely directed more towards little kids but I don't know because I haven't done theirs myself. Thanks!

Do you mean the Family Magic Tour? If so we are taking it in December, so I can let you know how it is then.

If you are still AP holders, you can get a 15% discount. 4 tickets, plus tax came to $91.

Yes, it's called the Family Magic Tour. My son, who was 7 at the time, had a blast! BUT, you have to get into it to have fun! For example, we (meaning I, as the only adult with the cahones) has to sing a song in front of the barber shop in order for the kids to get their next clue. We had to walk like a zombie, and participate other such kid-friendly antics. We literally trekked across most of the park, seeking out clues. We did have a short bathroom break, and at the end, we bypassed the line and went on a ride, privately meeting some characters after. Our tour was based on the premise that Peter Pan stole Captain Hook's hook, and we had to find it so Wendy could be saved. We had a great time, and look forward to doing it again with my nephews and neices!
