Anyone been to WDW for an extended trip?

I go once a year for 10 days each trip. I never get sick of it though. Disney is the perfect place to spend a vacation. They have a little bit of everything you could ever want. But, it sure is expensive!

I did 8 nights at the Contemporary Resort 12 floor Conceirge.

Never ran out of things to do.:)

Going for 8 days in October again but not Conceirge.:sohappy:

This past august spent 7 days/6 nights at POFQ with one of my best friends. Was great! We made a point of just taking it easy. Did the Keys of the Kingdom Tour, spent time at the pool, went hotel/pool hopping between several of the resorts (loved the pool at the Coronado and cofee at the Poly), and ate at several of the top restaurants. Since it is your honeymoon, and you'll have all that extra gift money. Woo HOO!! I suggest checking out many of the restaurants. Here are three of my favorites... California Grill (Contemporary), Artist Point (at WL- try the buffalo), and Narcosees (GF). With respect to all three, try to tme your reservations with either the fireworks or the Electrical Water Pageant depending on the resort. At CG I always get our reservation around the fireworks and have always lucked out with window seats. At AP, we were there during the water pageant and we went out side with our drinks to watch it from the restaurant balcony. It's those little touches that make it a trip so memorable.
By the way since your own honeymoon, make sure disney staff know as they will go out of their way for you. Also think about taking your wife on a fireworks cruise or picnic cruise.
