Anyone at or returning from WDW?

This is for anyone at or just returning from WDW. How long have the lines been? Is it really crowded at the different parks? Is it hard to get around? We are arriving on August 15th for 6 days. We usually go in mid July for 8-10 days when it's really crowded. I got an app for my Droid called Ride Hopper and I've been monitoring the wait times and they seem to be diminishing. Thanks for your help.

We were just there a week ago, and we usually go in August. The lines were a lot longer than the time we usually go in August, TSMM ran about 120 minutes..If you are looking for a comparison when we go in August we found while we had to wait, the crowds were generally a lot smaller than in July...this is usually because school systems start rolling back into the heat of things
