Chances are he'll sue. And win. And then Disney will be required to fill in every water hole within the parks in order to prevent this terrible incident from ever happening again.

F & W is not to blame for this jackass going for a swim. There are plenty of stupid people visiting Epcot all year long. I have dealt with more drunks outside of the F & W than during it.
