Any Way to Cancel Annual Passes

Here's the terms and conditions
Annual Passes are nonrefundable, nontransferable and remain the property of Disney. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures. Additionally, Annual Passes may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. A Passholder must abide by all rules and regulations applicable to the Walt Disney World® Resort as promulgated by Disney from time to time, which can be found at: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/park-rules/ Disney reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Annual Pass or deny Theme Park admission to any Passholder at any time for any reason.

Based on that blurb, I'll say sadly, that you cannot refund them, though it can't hurt to try if you hadn't used them in any way. Its unlikely, but at this point it can't hurt to try.

As for disputing and requesting a chargeback. That will be a waste of time, since you did in fact buy them, there's been no fraud on the sellers part and you agreed to the terms and conditions

We have used them. We were just there last week. So I guess I’m stuck till the end of the year. That’s sucks. Oh well is what it is.

They force you to actually renew in case there was a price increase.

We have SeaWorld Orlando/Busch Gardens Tampa Passes that auto-renew monthly and the rate has never increased since first purchased MANY years ago.
After our passes expire in Dec, we are going, if we have the money and the economy doesn’t tank, with UO passes. There is so much more we can do as Florida residence. We also want to go back to Lego Land as we have had two more kids since we last went and now they have an entirely new park. And I also want to spend a couple days at Kennedy Space Center. Giving Disney $200 a month for passes is not a good value right now as I see it. I am fortunate to be able to afford it but just because I can spend it, doesn’t mean I thinks a good value.

Also for all those who say “stop going if we don’t like it” well if I’m giving them $200 a month for passes, they are getting my money anyways so I will still go until my passes run out.
