Any updates on Journey into Imagination?

I think those are just rumors, although I hear it's closing down for refurbishment in January. I don't know how accurate that is though.

The Pavilion is said to be closing early next year for a re-imagining.
Word is a complete overhaul of the place, with a new attraction rumored to be installed.
Figment is not going anywhere....or so it has been said.

They just need to make that pavilion shine, and then slowly but surely future world will begin to come back as people decide to venture further around it besides soarin and test track and mission space.

I agree... 75% of my time at Epcot is spent in the World Pavillion...

For sure, sorry I should clarify i'm not saying I want figment gone just Captain EO and the current version of JIIWF are terrible!

Funny thing about that attraction...lousy as it is, it's always been so well maintained. They even installed brand new carpet in the queue recently.

The original Imagination ride was so colorful, so peaceful that always made me happy and sing along. It was a ride that truly made you feel good inside an glad that you were alive and well in EPCOT. Not to many rides have had that affect on me.
