I thought Disney announced it would be like Disney Springs but the value version.

Some rumbling going on. The road that dead ends ( Western Way) is going to continue on across Avalon and tie onto highway 27. Talks are underway to get things started up again.

Permits were filed for the Western Way Extension project last year, and there was an update earlier this year to make some changes at the Avalon Road intersection.

None of that is happening at Flamingo Crossing. Just a shopping area. Think typical outlet mall, but with hotels and restaurants as well.

No reason we are currently aware of, but this leads me to believe they have plans for the land on either side of the road. There was a rumor that CM housing was going to be moved into this area.

I seem to remember that being confirmed at some point. But maybe I dreamt that.
