Any Thoughts of Advice For Patterson Court?

You havn't heard much because its brank spankin new! Some buildings opened in Jan and I'm guessing the others are open by now. While they were building it looked like it was going to be great. I found a video on youtube a few months back. Basically it should be good because everyone told me to beg for Chatham because its nicer because its newer so that means Patterson should be even better. That area is also a good area. There are two ways in and out so you can avoid the traffic.

It just opened in May, and is still under construction for part of it.

I stayed there last summer, but I think I prefer Chatham. For one thing, the apartments at Patterson are a little bit smaller (and the bathrooms are definitely smaller- the sinks are outside the bathrooms!). For another, the buses currently don't stop at Patterson. This really stinks if it is really late at night, it's raining, or you had to go shopping (and I had to do all 3). Other then those, it's a nice complex.

Yea. I think its like me finding out there were at least 3 sizes and layouts of 1 bedrooms. My apartment only had one closet and both of the others had at least one more. I think my roommate and I would've gotten along better had we had a larger apartment.

if you want the true Walt Disney World College Program experience, there is only one place to stay: Vista Way!

It really isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be. For one i never had a problem going to sleep (well maybe one or two nights but thats it, plus my roomates are awsome) The way the complex is set up just makes it so much more social. when you open your apt door at vista you'll see your neighbors door and be able to see other apt buildings. at chatham, you open the door to a long dark hallway which always reminded me of a cave, lol. Other than the great parties, awsome people, the American Coach bus hub is located at vista way, and its within walking distance to multiple stores and resturants.

Don't hesitate, trust me you will not regret it...

P.S the stories you have heard about vista way, no matter how crazy, are more than likely all true...

I live at Chatham in a 1 bedroom & my roommate & I ended up with the smallest 1 bedroom. My next door neighbor & neighbor across the hall both have 1 bedroom as well, but each is a different size & layout.
