Any suggestions for an early arrival?

Does anyone have suggestions for an early arrival? We are getting in @ 7:30am and really don't want to rush going to the parks. We will be staying at AKL, I thought a nice b-fast at Boma then pool lounging would be nice but I would like to hear from all of you.

Hey, if you want to hold off going to the parks... then do it! It's your vacation, do what you want!

If I were in your shoes, I'd get there check in and look around AKL.

As a few have mentioned, try the mini golf courses. If you're looking for a relaxing game, you might not want to play the course across from MGM. That is probably the toughest mini golf course I've ever played!

You can also hit the "real" links. Disney has a great selection of golf courses to enjoy!

If golf isn't your thing, then hang out at the pool! You can always catch a movie at Downtown Disney or go resort hopping!

I love to go resort hopping! It's fun to see what the resorts are like. We like to go over to the Grand Floridian a lot and walk around to pretend we have the money to really stay there .

We normally go to a park if we arrive mid-afternoon or earlier. It just sets the mood. Someday, maybe we'll go at a slower pace, for now, the kids just want to go-go-go!

we are also getting in early and plan on just strolling aboud till the x-mas party starts on dec, 6th. get lunch walk around dtd and go to the park at night for the party. what a great start to a wonderful vacation

Be sure to head over to MK around 4:00. Last year we got into the park around 4:00 and did several attractions while people were heading out of the park that didn't have tickets for MVMCP. We also had a big lunch in the middle of the afternoon, so we didn't have to stop for dinner, we just snacked.
