Just wondering if any of the resorts offer a dedicated bus, one where you don't have to drop or pick up at any other resort or make any other stops. :veryconfu

The only one I can think of POP. We do stay at WL at lot. At WL, the majority of the time they are direct. The morning ones sometimes stop at another, but rarely in the 8 years we have been going has this happened. All the evening ones have been direct.

The only resorts that come to mind that have a full time dedicated one stop bus system are AKL and POP.

WL will occasionally share with FW.

CS, and CB have their own bus system but with multiple stops. You could also make the same argument for PO but technically FQ shares with RS

All the other resorts share a bus system in some fashion.

WL has some of it's own busses, but many are shared with WL. I believe that FW's Animal Kingdom bus is just that. Pop, Coronado, AKL, and few others mentioned are just for them. Some of the resorts have thier own busses, but share a stop at the parks with other resorts, such as AKL.

AKL doesn't share a bus on ANY of its lines and it doesn't make multiple stops at various points around the resort. AFAIK, it's the only one (and one of the reasons for the excellent transport at the AKL).

SSR, POR/FQ and the others mentioned here may have direct buses, but you do make multiple stops at the resorts which can be long.

Worst bus transport has to go to the MK resorts. I've had very long waits for buses when I've stayed at each of those resorts... almost negates the monorail advantage! (I said almost!)

Every time I've stayed at AKL, the bus has made a stop at Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon. Perhaps it's the time of year when I usually go?

Pop has had the best bus service I've used. It only stopped at this Resort and had only one stop while there....this was in May. Never really problems at Caribbean Beach, but multiple stops inside the Resort. MK resorts I give the award for the worst service...so many stops and windy roads that take forever for the bus to actually get moving.

One stop doesn't always mean faster. We spent more time getting to and from the parks at AKL than we did at CB, despite all the stops at CB. CB is more centrally located.
