Any good YouTube channels?

Passing Through Productions has quickly become one of my favorite channels on YT.
It takes a close look at the mental quirks hidden beneath some of these theme park vloggers and their rabid fan bases. Focusing on many of the behaviors and things said during the vlog (Adam The Woo is a big subject) showing how many vloggers are deeply empty on the inside despite the fame and travel. It's sad but informative of what goes on for them when the cameras aren't rolling.

Sounds like a video version of Tattle. I think it says more about those people than the people they are "investigating" for hollow and empty lives.

I really enjoy, For Your Amusement podcast or YouTube. They do all sorts of ride based content, but I usually stick to the Disney related episodes. Two permeant hosts with rotating guests. To date the best episode has been about, The Great Movie Ride.

i've always been a big fan of Dallin over at Offhand Disney. He is a great source for random Disney content meaning I wouldn't say he has a particular niche (park vlogging, food, news coverage, etc), but rather he touches on a lot of fun Disney side quests and niches and uses news and current company events as a jumping off point for fun side tangents.

'Disney Journey with Jim Shull' is good and made by a retired imagineer who worked a lot on Disneyland Paris. Lots of behind the scenes pictures and stories about the decision making processes on designing the attractions.

First time I found out he has a channel.
If you're interested in Disney history, I recommend checking out Defunctland, Yesterworld, and Disney Dan.
I've never been a huge fan of Dan's work - while he's the only major creator making content about characters, it's not on the level of the more established historical/documentary-style channels you mention alongside him... Annoyingly.

I’d also like to recommend the podcast for your amusement. It’s really funny and tends to have other famous theme park YouTubers as special guests.

You should write him and tell him to step it up.

Perfect example is Mammoth Club Molly.

I watch several Disney parks YouTubers in anticipation of upcoming trips and to keep on top of changes. You’re right, so many of them have turned into pseudo celebrities and really let it go to their heads. What doesn’t help are their, as you mentioned, rabid fan bases, many who enter into unhealthy parasocial relationships with the YouTubers. Toxic positivity in the comments, anything that deviates from their view is considered “hate” etc.

I particularly like "Paging Mr. Morrow". The guy is a down to earth peroson, that really enjoys WDW, and post some very good information videos.

I met him once while working (he was a guest at the resort I worked at so I had some leeway to chat), and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. Same on cameras as off - and even before I noted I watched his videos, he treated me extremely well. (Now if it was because I was an on-duty CM, who knows, but he seemed genuine.) Never asked for any special treatment, and as far as I know never got any.

He does come across as a very friendly individual who enjoys life. Someone who would be a lot of fun to chat travel topics and theme parks with.

He seems like a decent dude but the whole "gee golly" character he does is pretty creepy.

That's more of a function of some content producers using it as a full time vocation. They do things and adopt personas just to increase their cashflow.

Met him at Jollywood Nights and the dude is a teddy bear. Very nice guy!
