lol, some of them are pretty normal words... But, yeah, I would have to get a dictionary for something like "cacophonous". Not too many times I hear that word.

Most articles are written at a 3rd grade level so as many people as possible can understand them. If you are going to review a book or write anything that is going to make it into a general audience, you certianly are not going to use words like he used.
