Another Question..Boat Transportation

Does anywhere know which Epcot resorts the boats go to that are at the International Gateway in Epcot/World Showcase? It also says that the boat goes to Hollywood Studios. When I look at the map to Hollywood Studios it also has a place that says "disney resort boat facility". Do the boats at Hollywood Studios go to the same resorts that the Epcot boat goes to? Thanks
