I know this has been asked, but please bear with me. I want to make sure I am clear in my understanding. If I order the photo pass, I will pay $99 instead of whatever the full price is - correct? BUT, is it that I pay the full price (whatever that is) up front and then after my trip, I apply the promo code that they send me and that is when the discount will be credited back then making my total $99? Thanks for any insight?

I preordered mine a few weeks ago. Here's the e-mail I received:
What To Do Next:
Step 1: Visit the Parks and get lots of Disney's PhotoPass photos taken. Look for our photographers throughout the Parks and they'll be happy to make sure your CD is filled with as many photos as you'd like. The first photographer you see will give you a Disney's PhotoPass card you can use for your entire stay. View park maps and photographer locations!
Step 2: After your vacation, go to DisneyPhotoPass.com to view your photos. You will need to log into your account using your email address and password. Be sure to claim your photos within 30 days of your vacation!
Step 3: Claim any Disney's PhotoPass cards you used during your trip by entering the ID numbers after you log in.
Step 4: Place your order to recieve your PhotoCD.
(a) Click on the products tab
(b) Order your photo CD
(c) Enter the promotion code below and click "Apply." The full costs of the Photo CD and standard domestic shipping for the CD will be removed from your order total.

I did this last year and had no problems. Ordered the pre-CD and they charged my card the $99 and I got the promo #. Once I came back and uploaded the picts, ordered the CD, put in the promo # and got the discs within a week.
Already ordered this years for our trip this coming week. Can't pass up the deal if you have a large group and everyone is willing to split the cost. We have a group of 14, so it comes out real cheap, but you get everyones pictures. No big deal! That's what friends are for!

Do you pay $99 for Photopass and thats it? Meaning that gets the photos taken in the parks as well as the photo CD - or is the Photo CD extra?
