Another Passholder issue

I have seen many threads about the new passholder system, but my case is a little different. I am signed in and I can see my pass, but it says its expiring in three days, but it does not expire for another 14 months. The other thing is that I can never actually get to the passholder site =[. Anyone able to get theirs to work?

Mine works fine. I can see the passholder site, my pass is indicating the right expiry date, everything...

No. Quite frequently Disney seems to roll out website updates before much testing on browsers other than IE. Try the basic stuff first....make sure you are using the most current version of IE8, update if you are not, clear your history and cookies and reboot your system.

hmm. well I want anything were I can actually use my passholder website grr.
Chrome is a great browser, I like it much better than all the others, but like every other browser out there that is not IE you will find sites that do not always work correctly on them.

hmm. I wonder if I am incorrectly entering since it changed. All I should have to do is click the passholders tab on the right of the page and it should bring me there right? When i click it it wants me to enter all my stuff, but nothing happens except when I look in my info it shows my pass multiple times. It also did not work on google chrome either. Even when I am at my options and click passholder events it just sends me to the enter screen. So I guess I should try calling Disney It now huh.

This is getting rediculous I called disney and they said theres nothing they can do for me, I just do not like the fact that it says my AP expires in 3 days.

Can anyone that can log into the AP site tell me about the upcoming events/ any promotions?
Thanks!

I had the same problem. I went into my profile and had to delete old information from my profile. Once I cleared out all the passholder data in my profile, then re-entered it correctly, I was good to go. There is nothing new in the passholder site in the last few days.

Honestly, I'm not sure what I did. I had the same problem you're describing, so I tried logging on. It asked for my info to get onto the disney site itself. I went to profile and removed all the AP information. Then I went back to passholder site and when it asked for my AP numbers, I was extra careful that I entered it correctly and it took me back. Good luck.
