Another MK Day or a half AK Day?

The last day of my November trip we were planning on doing a half day at Animal Kingom, because we only have a 4 day ticket and we are already going to MK on Sunday, but we just love MK and we can't decide now? What would you do?

I would definitely hit all four parks rather than repeat one at the expense of missing another. But I like all the parks, each for different reasons.

If you've been to them all before and will likely go again, go to the MK. You know you will love it and you can FP+ two days worth of rides. You can hit AK the next time. If this is a once in a decade trip, hit all the parks.

I will say this is what we are doing. Going in August for three days and will miss AK. Just made plans for a weekend in March and will probably do AK then. Our last visit, two years ago, we also went three days and skipped Dianey Studios.

We just returned from an early July trip and our park schedule was: Magic Kingdom - Epcot - Resort day - Hollywood Studios - Magic Kingdom......we are like you and LOVE the Magic Kingdom and with this being our first trip with the new fantasy land complete, we wanted to have plenty of time. Our girls really enjoyed starting and ending our trip at the MK.

I would do AK

We would do MK. We ask ourselves, before trips to WDW, what we want to ride. Then we prioritize and figure out what we can accomplish is one visit versus two visits. Then based on priority, we can target the parks in order. If we had rides we didn't get to in MK on our MK day, then we would consider sacrificing a day at another park to make up these higher priority rides. Only you and your crew can decide which rides in AK outweigh the missed rides

I like AK enough to do it as a full day but if its between doing 1/2 day AK & whole day MK... I'm going to go for a whole MK day. Being its your last day... go out with a bang. Your last memory of the trip will be a fun filled day instead of a partial day.

Bottom line answer for me is always the same......Magic Kingdom......no question. But, I have a million kids (Well, 5....but it sure feels like a million), so my decision is pretty much pre-decided by the Dwarfs!!

If it was us, we'd hit all four parks, but for you, why don't you see how much you get done at the MK on your first day and decide last minute which park to do that final day.
