Curious - I had posted a reply to Disneyman's Fire Station guess, but it seems to have vanished!

It's not the fire station - City Hall was closer.

It's not the Emporium.

As far as I know Pixie Duster currently is without a computer, so is limited to how long she can spend online. I'm pretty sure she would have nailed this one if she was able to hang out here longer.
