Thanks! I thought that looked like something that belonged in a fountain, especially with that kind of round anchor-type thingy on the bottom. I could only think of one dry fountain on property. The Hollywood Tower Hotel staff should really think about fixing that plumbing.

Phosphate is right. I think the wall gives it away

Between Tusker House and Dawa Bar is an area that goes out and behind Tusker house, which is where I took the photo.

Do you have a shot for us to guess Phosphate?

Yeap it was the wall, I kept on thinking where would I see that wall...where would I see that wall, I was debating if it could be PoTC but then I thought of Harambi.
